Shepparton could soon be getting a 7-Eleven service station, with Greater Shepparton City Council confirming it has received an application for the franchise to be established in the town. Queensland judges will become the first in Australia to have the power to jail employers who deliberately rip off staff after new laws passed State Parliament on Wednesday afternoon.
